Planet Clicker is primarily supported by advertising revenue. Our advertising partner is Ad Metrics Pro, providing COPPA-compliant advertising suitable for educational environments. Advertisements enable us to provide Planet Clicker free of charge. Ad revenue supports our software developers, website designers, game licensing, website hosting, bandwidth, image and sound files, productivity software, privacy certification, and essential computer equipment. We respectfully request that you disable any ad-blocking software while using Planet Clicker to help ensure the continued availability of these resources. You are prohibited from taking screenshots or capturing video of any part of Planet Clicker without explicit written permission from Planet Clicker, LLC.

Planet Clicker grants you a revocable permission to link to our Website, provided that the following conditions are met:

In using Planet Clicker you agree not to post, transmit, or otherwise make available, through or in connection with Planet Clicker:

By using Planet Clicker, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

In the event that Planet Clicker, LLC is acquired by or merged with another entity, you understand and agree that we may assign our rights under these Terms and that your personal information may be transferred to the succeeding entity.

Planet Clicker AND ALL RELATED SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Planet Clicker, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL Planet Clicker, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF Planet Clicker, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH Planet Clicker IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

Planet Clicker, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and related services at any time, without notice. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Boston, Massachusetts. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Planet Clicker, LLC as a result of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Planet Clicker, LLC with respect to the Website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

All content on Planet Clicker is copyrighted by Planet Clicker, LLC and/or its suppliers. All rights reserved. The names of actual companies and products mentioned may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
